On the move.....

So they say the further along in your pregnancy the more you feel and see your little one move, the little butterfly movements are gone and it is very apparent when she moves. When I see a nice round circle poke through my belly it makes me know how truly remarkable God is in creating little miracles. Lately my bed time snack has been sugar free jell-o and cool whip, which I love to eat because it really gets her moving and Casey can feel and see his little one before he goes to bed, truly amazing to see how excited he gets. I love sitting around and waiting for her to start kicking and flipping. We are a little less than 8 weeks away and we can hardly wait to me her!

As you can see from the pictures below she is growing more and more everyday! And at week 31 we really popped!!!

Little Miss Mabry's Room

So if anyone knows Casey then you know that he loves to search the internet. We were trying to decide on a room theme and in looking at all the local baby themes we could not find anything that we liked. Casey found a cherry blossom tree on a web site and instantly I fell in love with it!! So Casey ordered the tree and we are going to design the rest of the room around it.

Our Little Miracle

I know this is blog is a little late getting started, but better late than never.

Casey and I found out on August 12th that we were pregnant, instantly we were thrilled that in 40 weeks we would be parents. I could not wait and had to tell someone, other than my wonderful husband, so I took a picture of the pregnancy test and immediately sent it to my mother. She called and was extremely excited that she was finally going to be a grandmother. We had our first doctor appointment August 31st to confirm the pregnancy. It was amazing to see our little miracle growing and then we heard to most amazing sound in the world at 170 beats, our little ones heart beating strong. Tears filled my eyes and I looked at Casey and we both smiled. The first trimester was wonderful after hearing all the stories of morning sickness and nausea I expected the worst, but ended of feeling wonderful!!! That is as long as I stay away from garlic and chocolate. I had a work trip planned for the second week in October in Lubbock, TX so we decided then we would tell our family since we would be a little over 12 weeks. But little did we know after seeing and telling everyone in Texas would we be in for a surprise. My older sister Kristina called me on our way back to NE to tell us that she was 11 weeks pregnant, due exactly 2 weeks after us. I was so excited for her and Randy and thrilled that our little ones would be so close. But I was a little mad that she did not tell me in person, but I will forgive her. December 4th we went in for our 20 week check-up and found out that we had been blessed with a little girl! Casey and I were thrilled, just what this world needs another little Deidrea! I told Casey he would be blessed because if she is anything like me she will worship her daddy 24/7.
